They are long enough to protect my arms. I cook and bake a lot and I was tired of burning my arms. They are pretty and very well made. A little stiff but will probably loosen up after wearing them for a bit. Very happy with purchase. Great grip. Good value.

Just used these and so far I’m impressed. I can’t comment on long term durability yet, but I like that they are easy to wipe off. They’re nice and long to cover most of my forearms. They are heat resistant. They are nice and flexible, not stiff like other gloves of this type.

They are big but I expected that because I bought them for a teen but they are working good and shielding from the heat as promised.

These oven mitts did the job! Used to cook with a cast iron frying pan on gas stove and no burns! Barely felt any heat. Previous hot mitts burned me when I was cooking. These appear to be well made and will hold up well. High recommended!

Love these! I have a habit of smacking my forearm on the top rack of the oven, or brushing up against a hot cookie sheet, but don’t have to worry about that with these! I got the “vanilla” color which is really a bright yellow, mainly because it was cheapest for some reason. Love the bright color way more than I thought I would. Easily spotted if I set them down somewhere. The only ones I use now.

They truly are heat-safe to 500°! I purchased these long, heat-safe oven gloves in a color that matches my dish towels last February. I normally do a lot of cooking and baking; during our covid-19 home stay this spring and summer even more. I bought these because I was tired of burning my arm when taking food out of the oven. They are extremely long and have protected me well. Now I know they withstand a lot of heat, and don't release toxic fumes if they should burn because I was careless. Last Friday I was using both the oven and stovetop of my electric stove to cook supper. I was tired after a long day, and used these gloves to remove what was in the oven, and something else that was on the burner. After removing that pot, I must have forgotten to turn off the burner, and left one oven glove on the stovetop. What I didn't realize was that I left it on the burner I failed to turn it off. Twenty+ minutes later I came back in the kitchen and saw the burner light was on, and the oven glove was lying across that burner. There was no smoke, just a faint smell. I saw the glove, turned off the burner, and turned over the glove. You can see the damage in the accompanying photos. While it's no longer useable, there was no disaster, no need to call the fire department and only the glove was ruined! I am so relieved, and tho' now I'll have 3 gloves, I am happily buying another pair. Thank you Redlmldeta!!!

I have tried using these gloves to carry cast iron pot for my sourdough bread. As sourdough bread is baked at relatively high temperature of about 250 degree C, these gloves can withstand the high temperature and prevent your hands from being burnt. They are also long enough to prevent the fore-arms from being burnt when removing the hot cast iron pot from the oven. I am very happy with my purchase and I would highly recommend these heat resistant gloves to anyone who bakes!

These silicone mitts had the highest rating that I could find temperature wise, and are long enough to protect the forearms. You definitely feel protected, they are not flimsy like the ones you buy in the store, and look great! Best pair that we have owned, and would definitely buy again.
