I bought him a 7X. His measurements are:neck 18", chest 31", waist 26", and he's 20" long from his collar to base of tail. He weighs about 55lbs, is a Scorpio, and likes short walks to the kitchen, where you'll hopefully drop something. I did have to alter it... I had to kinda fold it up and stitch the bottom of the hoodie to where the cutout for the butt is to shorten the middle of it since he's a stubby little dude, but I didn't expect a perfect fit. After I popped it in the dryer, the logo cracked a bit, but it's still legible. It's a nice thick warm fabric that's soft on the inside like fleece.
