Stirring a scoop in mildly hot water dissolves all the powder. I don’t have the patience to go through the blending stuff so I just chug it after starring it in.I microwave about 8oz of water for about 45 secs and I’m good to go. I feel full after drinking the mixture and I can go without eating a meal for a few hours so the appetite suppression part really works.My problem has been over snacking which has been primarily driven my weight gain but this product is helping me control that while providing protein for my muscle health as I workout. As the snacking has noticeably reduced, I see a gradual drop in the weight so I plan to stay on this product for a while. It works for me so why not. Oh and I’m looking forward to some good skin, as collagen is supposed to support skin health. Kill 2 birds with one stone, right?
