Dangerous rail fitting.
Oven and microwave both work very well. However the shelf does not slide and has a rail on the open side making it very difficult to lift dishes in and out then dangerous when its hot. I have burned myself on the forearm so often. I curse that rail every time I use the oven. Its a very poor design feature from Neff. Very disappointing.

Practically no help with start up use of the product
It has to be said I’m very excited about my oven. What I’m really fed up about is that I’ve spent so much money and there’s no help with just basic cooking. Like if you’ve never used a steam feature on an oven , how long and how you go about cooking something as basic as rice. I want to learn, I’ve not done this before. Trial and error seems a bit harsh when I’ve spent so much money. Anyone else annoyed by the same thing?
