It was folded but I'll live with the fold since that is how I will be storing it too. The thick part of the belt that will be at the front is 22 inches, and the 2 long straps that go behind and then tie in the front are each 35 inches each. There is a little slit in the belt for you to put one of the straps through, similar to a wrap dress, so you have a smooth back instead of a less tidy cross in the back. The widest part of the belt is 3 1/4 inches and the straps in the back are 1 1/4 inches wide. I probably will not wear it any time soon as I will wear it with summer dresses but at the rate that we are going, summer may never ever get here.
