I guess you get what you pay
Usually with this price you can get very decent Sony, Philips or Pionner in ears but somehow this ones dissapoint. You cannot have the sound at maximum because the quality gets crappy. Too much on the high sound less on treble. Overall as quality audio for a metalhead, dnb person I would say a 6-7 score out of 10

Very good sound quality
For less than a couple of tenners, this simple packaging securely presents you with an excellent set of stereo earphones. The Pioneer brand name does stand for a great hifi reputation, and frankly you won't be disappointed with these for their price. You won't be expecting a £50 performance from these and neither should you but you will experience a better sound than the earphones that came with your phone or mp3 player - these are well engineered and a very good quality. With a microphone built in the lead, you can use these with your phone (3.5mm jack socket required) and make and receive phone calls without removing them. You can mute the sound with the remote button and have an astonishing 4 feet of cable to twist around your body however you wish.These are a darn good pair of earphones and won't let you down!

Decent for the price
Considering the price, these are surprising well built and solid headphones.I was impressed with the sound quality, although far from the best headphones I have used, they are better than most a this price-range. As with many in-ear headphones the sound is let down by a rather weak low end. This makes any base heavy music sound a little flat. However the clarity through the ranges is surprisingly good with vocals and guitars being picked out clearly.The mic on the inline controls is good, I've made a few phone calls using them and have been told there was no problem with the clarity of my voice.Overall a decent set of headphones for this price range. The sound quality isn't going to amaze anyone, but they do a job.
