yes. wait until it has lots of young leaves then dilute and spray. Glyphosate is the basic weedkiller in everything now, just make it a bit more concentrate for tough perennials. the plant absorbs it through the leaves and it is taken right down to roots. won't see results for 2 weeks. may need a second spray if it is very old with lots of roots.

I've used it to kill weed trees ivy brambles bamboo and assorted perennial weeds all dead in a short space of time

DOM is usually Date Of Manufacture. A bit like a sell by date. I guess in the small print it will state “use within ??? Weeks/months of opening

Is this classed as a systemic herbicide? We have a moss lawn that we need to treat without killing the moss.

It will pretty much kill any living plant and/or any plant close to the area treated.
