So far having used 2/3rds of the package, the bags are working fine. To store clothes, if squeezing as much air out, they do achieve a good "vacuum seal", at least air is not getting in and blowing up the bags again. Goof for use in the kitchen, I'm assuming they're food safe. Reviews of other people said they rip at the bottom easily; so far not for me, except 1 bag that I had in the freezer with a ciabatta loaf type of bread, so I guess the semi pointy shape and freezing temperature did weaken the plastic, but other than that, they're holding documents, clothing, and other items well. Recommended and I would buy more.

I love this product. I own rustic cabins and cottages, We leave towels in each cottage however I don't like the towels and wash clothes exposed for any period of time, due to bugs or mice than may come in. I roll up a towel, washcloth, and top sheet in this bag and leave it in the cabin for our guest use which ensures they are clean and ready for use.

Mine separate below the zipper point into the actual bags body thus making the point of the purchase moot.It's to seal out dust & prevent pest to store things in an outdoor garage.I think my box is defective. 1 or 2 bags ok but several bags look as of they were precut accidentally with a box cutter. Concept was good not my actual product.

These bags are very thin and don't stay sealed shut. Poor quality seal that comes apart very easily. I wouldn't put anything in them that needs to be air tight or anything that could possibly leak.
