is this also a FUEL filter and not just a seperator? I have 2 on a Case tractor and not sure if both filters are these. Case sells a FINAL filter.?.?

I was given this filter # 3472 as a cross reference for a Farmtrac 550dtc. Will it fit the tractor?

The only thing I could find was the Oil Filter for the 3.3 L 203 CID L4 Mitsubishi Diesel. Which is Napa# 1452. If you give me the OEM fuel filter# I should be able to cross reference it for you or just call your local Napa Store.
