The glittering is so bad that the patterns on the fabric break apart and it's horrible to look at. I can't imagine giving someone a gift with it as decoration. Not the best design; color is a bit tacky and the fabric is too tough to create a natural double looped bow shape. I'll go for something soft without wire or thicker, more quality fabric without tons of glitter next time.
