Too expensive for this product. Need to return.

Received this as a thoughtful graduation gift from my uncle, and the pencil stopped dispensing any lead after about 15 minutes' writing time. As a newbie to the world of expensive writing utensils, and after some maintenance research and having others try fixing, refilling, and re-fixing the pencil to no avail, I was curious as to whether or not this was even a reputable brand. So, I looked up the set on Amazon, and I am floored at how much this sells for. Apparently, it's a reputable brand, so I can give them the benefit of the doubt, but the pencil I received is not functional. At least my pen works, but it's a bit bulky and top-heavy for me, though the ink looks very clean coming out. I always thought pens like this were more expensive because they were so well-designed ergonomically, but the weight balance is just...awkward? Like I said, I'm a newbie, and the reviews appear to be great, so clearly I just don't GET it, but the value of my experience fell far short of the price. Sure, someone else paid for it, but I do now feel guilty about how much he apparently may have spent. ...When I thanked my uncle/godfather for sending me the gift, he replied, "Wait, what did I get you?"

This was the perfect leaving gift for a colleague. It arrived on time and would buy again if needed to.

Pen cartridge is dead... have to buy new ones. Mechanical pencil works great

Fantastic set of pens at a very reasonably price. I bought these as a trial for size, they are quite thin and rather light but not so much that you forget they are in your hand.

This was a gift for a writer. Cross are outstanding pens. I and the giftee are extremely happy.

Schönes Schreibset, guter Preis. Bleistift mit 0,5 mm Mine wäre noch besser.
