They're very well-made. Everything lines up perfectly. The jaws and tip of these aren't made to touch together completely when closed, but will still grip onto flat material because of the way the teeth interlock together. This is done so the cutting blades come together perfectly with no gap anywhere. The handle material feels great. There is no play in the joint and they function very smoothly. The screw removal portion is made for very small screws.
