Great Devise But Not Durable - Edit to add
Edit on 8/6/21I have been using this device for a couple of years now. The first 2 I had did crack and break, but I'm now on the 3rd one and it have been using it for over a year with no issues. I did buy a spare one just in case.I love this thing. I can put in my pocket and go to the restroom in public where I used to have anxiety about it, to the point where I would not go anywhere. I did try another fold up device that only folds in half, but I find this one much more to my liking: it folds in thirds so it is smaller and narrower, and the angle it folds out seems to be better for me - the reach is more intuitive. You do have to kind of squeeze the end of the toilet paper into the notch but I have no problems with it slipping off most of the time. And taking the paper off afterwards is kinda gross but if you carefully unwrap the paper and rewrap it over your fingers where the soiled bit is on the inside, you still don't have to touch the soiled bit.Overall, the Pocket Easywipe is a lifesaver for me. I plan to buy another one to keep at work, and one as a spare. This works great, folds up smaller than the other fold up aids I've found, and fits better in a pocket or purse for discretion. I love the product, but it needs to be made of stainless steel, covered in silicone for softness and warmth. It cracks and breaks at or near the hinge on the part that you wipe with (the part you put the toilet paper). The first one I had broke near the notch where you tuck the paper in. The second cracked/broken at the actual hinge. I bought another kind for my third one. We'll see how I like that one. I'd be willing to pay a little more for a more durable devise.

Small and well designed
Well worth the money. Fits in a small purse and is easy to use. Very comfortable wipe. Like the others I’ve tried, the toilet paper doesn’t seamlessly fall off the device. That was not a deal breaker for me because it was as pleasant to use.

Good product, but a hinge tends to fatigue over time
I've ordered these several times and like their portability and convenience. For a person with flexibility issues, they really help when it comes to cleaning a hard to reach area. My only issue is that after long-term use, the plastic hinge between the rubber end and the handle tends to crack and prevent these from folding up properly. When that happens, I order a new one.

IT DOES NOT HOLD TOILET PAPER ON IT.
I busted my leg and was a wheelchair driver for 5 months and that wrecked my back, and I was no longer able to wipe my own behind. I bought a couple of different aids to try. I liked the one that clamps the paper and releases with a push of a button high up the handle.I bought the Buckingham Pocket Easywiper because even after I got out of the wheelchair I had issues til my flexibility came back and yet, I had to travel once a month out of state for work. So I think ah, small, portable, GREAT. READER. IT WAS NOT GREAT. It does not hold the TP on at all.So either you're wrapping TP all around the end part and then either+It slips off and gets stuck in your bum and now you have to contemplate how to get it out when the whole reason you are using this is because YOU CAN'T REACH YOUR BUM.+It slips off before it gets to your bum and you are dragging silicone across your booty and that is NOT A GREAT FEEL+It stays on, you wipe, and now you have to get the fecal matter and the toilet paper off and back into the toilet which, when encountering cheap hotel TP means that lots of bits of damp and dirty TP are falling all over you and the floor.

Great product and customer service
I have a back injury where the bottom three vertebrae are basically fused. It makes using the restroom extremely difficult as I can't bend or turn the way I need to. I have been waiting so long for something like this to be available. I have been using Buckinham's other similar products but wanted something much more portable and discrete. This is it. Its small enough to fit in my pocket, is easy to pack away, and adds an amazing amount of peace of mind knowing that where ever I am, I can comfortably take care of myself.I had a small problem with mine where there was a crack in the handle. I'm pretty sure it was just a fluke as I've had several other products from them and never had a single issue. I contacted Buckingham from their website and got an email back the same day saying they were going to refund me the full amount so I could get a new one.Overall, amazing product and amazing customer service. I highly recommend it.

Price too high for the material worth.
I purchased this product to help me in my travels since sometimes is hard to find big bathrooms and there's only small ones that will help me reach that area without any struggles and this product did just that, easy to carry and very discreet. Pass through the TSA with out any problems. But like the other reviews the main complaint is that this product cracked around the handle, at first I was hesitant because of the price $40 for a product that might crack on you but there was no other product that will fold and be discreet so I purchased it. And sure enough on the 3rd day I saw the crack on the handle and looking at the designed this is an engineering issued that should have been caught. The click part of the handle is stronger than the material handle making it weak and that's why it cracks, the other parts are sturdy and the material is more heavy but the handle part is more thinner and with the click snap being very tight with opening and closing it that is why it cracks. They need to work on the handle part of this because the price is not worth the material and the defect. Either lower the price or change the material on the handle to last longer. Is not a bad product the design works, what doesn't work is how thin the handle is from the rest of the product.
