Didnt expect to burn thru 4 high quality lithium ion AA batteries in 45 days with minimal use but here we are. I reached out to the Zadro company directly 2 weeks ago on this issue and have yet to hear back from them. Great customer service ! Not. Found a compatible power supply cord but when you do, remember do not plug your adapter in with the batteries in or you will fry your $$$ mirror. I did not but just sharing the info. Otherwise good idea but why is amazon asking me to rate it for travel ??? That thing is mounted to the wall. Also, if you dont buy the power adapter, you will have to uninstall the thing every time you have to change the batteries. Those batteries are $$$ and uninstall is a whole ordeal to do every 45 days.

Perfect makeup mirror for my teen daughter! Light is decently bright white light and mirror is clear. The swing arm is pretty stiff, but it’s still maneuverable. Bought this because where she wanted a mirror didn’t have an outlet to plug it in, so far 2 months in and the batteries are still lasting. I like that it has a built in timer so it shuts off after 5 minutes. Replacing batteries may be a challenge later but from what I can tell you just unscrew the front plate off the base. Will update once the batteries have to be replaced. Also it does have a a/c adapt port but it did not come with the a/c adapter cord. I guess you have to buy that separately. All in all, pleased with what it is and it functions as intended. I paid around $75 for this at Christmas, I feel like it would be more reasonable at around $50.(*photo was taken in very dim conditions and does not really show the light output or quality of the clear mirror. It is much better in person)

This is a nice little mirror. It's hanging in my bathroom and I use it for makeup, putting in contacts, etc. The 5X magnification is perfect. You don't want to go higher than that. I tried a different mirror at 10X magnification and it was too blurry to see my face.Some similar mirrors don't have a light, but it's a good feature to have, especially if your bathroom is a little dark. You want good lighting when you're trying to look at your face close up. I am deducting one star because it does go through batteries pretty fast. However, I bought rechargeable batteries to solve that problem. When the batteries get low, the light still works but it gets dim. I charge up every few weeks so the light stays bright. The light shuts off automatically after 5 minutes, which is good because others in my household sometimes leave the light on.

This mirror replaced a similar make up mirror on our vanity counter clearing up lots of space and making the the mirror more convenient for my wife’s use. Since it is wall mounted it can be installed at the optimal height for any user.

Of course you have to find the studs in the wall for you to hang this mirror up since it's made well and needs a sturdy wall to attach to. The batteries didn't seem to last long for the light, but we didn't replace them, but instead chose to leave them out because they put a glare on things with the lights we have. They may not do that for you with your lights. I use it daily and would not want to be without it. It's very handy and does the job that I want even without the extra light.

For many years I would remove my eyeglasses and lean over the bathroom sink to put on makeup. I recently had major back surgery and can no longer do as I did previously to see my face closeup. I found this mirror after researching others. I love it! The battery lighted mirror is just the right amount of light to see myself either with the 1x or 5x strength. When I am done using it I simply press the on/off button and the light goes off. It was very easy to install on the wall. The quality of the mirror itself is superb. I am very pleased and highly recommend it to others. My husband even used it to find an eyelash that had gotten into his eye. Perfect!Update October 3, 2018: My mirror, like others who have written the same thing, goes through batteries very quickly. I am disappointed about that. But, I still use the mirror everyday. No more batteries. I turn it so I can make use of room light and that helps.

I had purchased one a couple of years ago and it was wonderful! So when it quit working I ordered another one. The new one isn’t as good as the first one! The parts of the arm doesn’t line up with each other which makes it real wobbly on the wall. Very disappointed!

Easy to install, nice to have the battery option instead of the cord hanging down which would require a plug nearby, The magnification is sufficient to see everything and the light from the battery operated mirror is bright but not glaring, enough to see better. My husband used a lighted magnifying mirror in a hotel to put his contact on and as he is a new contact wearer, it made it so much easier and he was able to complete the task on the first try!. So that is why we have the mirror. When not in use, it lays flat against the wall and looks nice.

This is a great quality lighted make up mirror. I love that it is wall-mounted, cordless and runs on 4 AA batteries. It has a 5 minute run time with auto off and the LED light and 5x magnification is perfect for plucking my eyebrows. I can stand comfortably while applying my make up in the bathroom. The style is modern and goes well in my modern bathroom. Installation was a breeze.

The light is totally useless because it burns through batteries super fast (and I was only using it once a day). It would be fine if it came with a cord but it doesn't and I haven't been able to figure out how to buy it separately. If someone knows where to buy the cord please let me know! Don't buy this model, find one that comes with a cord instead.

The light worked for about one month... then died! I only used it once a day as I get ready in the morning and there's an auto off function. For this price I could have just purchased a regular unlit mirror. Sucks!

Love, love this mirror. Really nice that it is cordless and so easy to install. Highly recommend.
