Is the grey true to color? I bought a different dark grey and it was to light to match my seat covers.

The table cloth I bought was not grey. It is beige so I can't help you.

Does this feel plasticy on top?

It has the same texture as a cloth napkin, it’s really not bad at all, it really is stain resistant it repels water nicely. The material is thin so don’t expect for it to feel like a thick table cloth like a restaurant would normally have, but they definitely serve there purpose and look better than just plain plastic table cloths.

Is this suitable for indoors, dinner table or will it look cheap?

It looks good, but not for a formal dinner. It does have a linen -like finish, and it drapes well and isn't thin. If I were having a "formal" dinner, perhaps not. Having said that, we use it outdoors all the time, and add decorative placemats or runners and dress it up. However, if you have people who tend to drop food on the table (as I do), this works great for casual family dinners.

Is the 70" x 70" round or square?

The description and product name say ‘Square’, as well as the dimensions. Typically, a round tablecloth would only have one number (E.g. ‘70” round’).
