Arrived on time and a great value, use this product daily for over a month and so fR no problems ### ⭐⭐⭐ Probably works well, but you should know what the product is (220V)! *by A***R on November 8, 2018* For some reason I hadn't noticed that this was a 220V kettle. When it took 17 minutes to boil (it actually worked on our 110V circuit) I took another look at the product online (everything is in Chinese characters) and that's when I finally realized the issue. I can't really rate this well, but 3 stars seems appropriate because it looks like as expected (we really like its look!) but we can't use it. Here's what we can tell you:- It has 3 prong Chinese plug. They give you an adapter to 2 prong USA. I still don't see that in the description- You won't be able to read the instructions unless you read Chinese characters- It ships from ChinaI'm sure it will work for some.
