These are really good, especially if you do workouts such as Body Combat. It really puts extra stress on your arms and will wear you out really quickly. The one problem that I have is that they arent really washable. After a good years worth of use, mine are minging now

The weight does the job. It's just about right and the gloves can endure the hard-core training. One may need sweatbands though or similar, otherwise the wrists might get injured from friction. Bring it!
