works great for thinning hear
I use this as regular shampoo. Added few drops of peppermint & calendula oils. works great for thinning hear.

It's pretty good stuff
I like that it strips my hair of dirt and oil. To me, that's the most important part. I've used this shampoo twice already and neither time did I use a conditioner to soften and detangle my hair. I have long, thick hair and it works very well with my texture (African American), fullness, and body. I apply Beta Carotene oil to my hair after washing and drying to maintain softness and to control breakage. As far as it growing hair, I'm not the best judge of that since my hair is already long and full. I just like the product.
