Thanks to a YouTube video, after several attempts, I was finally able to insert it properly. The enclosed instruments were also disappointing--the plastic instrument used to pry open the casing was difficult to use--the ends need to be sharper--and, after releasing 2 of the casing screws, the screw driver no longer worked (its tip no longer gripped).
