It's also pretty wind-resistant -- the hood stayed up well in 30-50 mph cold wind gusts and the coat itself protects you from feeling the wind. The sizing is a little bit off for this coat. I originally ordered it in Small, and it was too loose and didn't fit like other size Small coats I've ordered. I returned the size Small for an X-Small and it fits much better; however, the sleeves are a little bit too short and could be a couple of inches longer.
