Added on 10 Feb 22. I bought one more of this for the passage. The packaging has improved tremendously. It came well cushioned from all sides in a correct sized package. Older Feedback: I am giving this five star mainly for the excellent value it represents for the cost. I have seen equivalent lamps being sold for two and three times this price in Mumbai stores. The packing was adequate and there was no damage but could be a little better. The lamps themselves look very good. They are fragile in the sense that you have to handle them reasonably carefully while mounting but they are not so delicate as to break apart with normal handling. The design is good and you can easily shorten the cord length by looping it inside the ceiling base. The lamps have a yellow golden polish on the inside so even with cool daylight lamps, you will get a warm yellow light. Only minus is the unclear description of double lamp. I was not sure whether double means two single ones packed together or two lamps hung from a common base. But to be safe, I ordered two single ones though the double would have cost me 100/- less.

Value for money, but asthetics are not as expected. Bulbs are not included. Quality of electrical fittings are just average. Again in needs a screw in type bulb.

On the product page, the dimensions mentioned are 15cmx15cmX100cm. The actual dimensions if the cone were much larger than mentioned. They were 17cmx20cm. And did not fit in the space we intended it to be installed. The return policy is wierd. The reasons listed did not include the issue and it did not allow us to 'return' the product, the page only was providing 'replacement' of the same item. But if the item did not have desired dimensions, how could we accept replacement of same item?

Just go for it .. It is a fabulous product .. I received the package today and I loved the way they packed the item... The product came safely with no damages at all... The product is of good quality and is exactly what I was looking for.... The appearance is as shown in pictures...The size is also perfect... There are no bulbs in this item and you will have to buy them separately... It is very simple to assemble and install, with the lengths being adjustable... I will share pictures once I get it installed.... Highly recommended
