New Cat Condos Brown Large Cat Tree Tower

My girl cats were investigating the tree as soon as I unboxed it. I gave them a few minutes to sniff and claw at it, then served them their suppers in separate rooms as usual while I vacuumed and inspected it. There were some loose pieces of carpet from production, and after I got rid of those, I went around the tree finding the seams and staples and tugging the rug pile everywhere. These were very secure so I seared off a few threads with a lighter and called it good.To accommodate the tortie's physical limitations I set some stairs against one side of the tree like another reviewer did. I've seen her since then on every platform below the big tube. The hut is now her lair and she will stand two-legged on the roof of it and on the little half-round platform and swat upwards to lure her sister into play. Tabby girl will occasionally squeeze into the hut with her somehow and they will sleep on top of one another.The tabby was able to climb at once to the crow's nest, where she now enjoys spending hours in survey of her territory. She also likes the tube very much since it's comfortable to lay in and gives her a defensible position from which to bat gently at her sister below and at me walking by. I'm keeping a constant eye on the carpet since she has a neurotic drive to eat non-food items. So far it's held up great.I can tease them both into a ferocious state with wands and the tree will barely tremble. Its platforms are wide enough that both the cats feel secure and the construction is competently performed using safe materials. Their lives are enhanced by this tree and I am glad I made this purchase.

I like this this tree is perfect for my room. Its definitely NOT bulky in anyway. My 3 cats love it. I was worried my 20 lb senior cat wouldn't fit in the condo. But I was wrong. He definitely fits and cant get enough of the condo. Tho thats as far as he can go due his joints. But that's life I suppose. My two younger cats can only seem to make it to the tube. And they're lovin the tube. I guess the perch is just for looks.I do like how the whole thing came fully assembled, tho it's a little on the heavy side when ur having to lug it upstairs lol. And the cool thing there wasnt even a faint smell.**the only dislike:: I already have a ziplock of the staples they've pulled out or that have fallen out on they're own!!

EXCELLENT! We only had a small space next to secured tall bookcases, but wanted to also have the height that most cats love to climb up to, and also having scratching posts AND cubby/housing holes to hide/sleep in. After HOURS of searching, this was the ONLY one I found that met ALL our requirements. We first purchased this same condo from eshoppecenter, which was a disaster and we never did receive that order AFTER OVER 1 MONTH! But THIS SELLER, OJCommerce TERRIFIC! WE RECEIVED the CONDO in JUST A FEW DAYS, already assembled and in perfect condition! THANK YOU!!!

Husband put this together in no time, and our 2 cats love it. Cats like to be up high where they can survey their surroundings, so I liked this one because it's taller than most. One tiny little design flaw, though -- the very top level is difficult for a cat to get up to and down from! The cat looks like a monkey trying to twist and swing around to maneuver to and from the top, so oftentimes they just settle for what we call the peek-a-boo level -- they do love that round pipe-like piece that has a little window to peek from.

The carpet doesn't hold up at all. It was ripped and pulled off almost immediately on the poles. Also, you need to really check over the entire thing to make sure there are no staples poking out. I found several that would have cut my cat's paws if I didn't pull them out or hammer them back in. Very disappointed in this cheaply made product that is now just an eye sore in my living room. I wish I didn't buy it. Our old one lasted 6 years while this one lasted a few weeks. Such a waste of money.

While the product looked nice upon arriving it quickly (within 3 weeks) looked shabby. The carpet on the poles immediately were pulled loose. At first I thought it was just pieces from being constructed. But unfortunately it continued and after less than a month I have almost bare spots on the poles. The other issues is the design. I have 8 cats of various size and ages. All of them have difficulty moving around to the different spots. There is not enough room from one level to another for them to climb. I had to put the unit next to a chest to assist them in climbing to the top. The bottom poles are also to close together to allow any of my cat kids to roll around and play as they have with other condos I have purchased over the years. The price is way to high for the quality. I also would not recommend this unit to anyone due to the design. I was, and am, very disappointed and would have returned it if not for being too difficult to re-box to ship.

Pros: Came fully assembled, made from solid wood. It's the perfect hight and has a place for us to put the dry cat food up and away from our dogs. The color is exactly as described. Has enough weight for at least 3 cats to be on it at once. (About 45lbs above center line)Cons: Carpet is 90% through one of the posts. Has a couple places underneath bottom shelf that cats don't seem to like a the perch is very low. Could have placed a cat cubby in that area instead.

The media could not be loaded. This cat condo is amazing! I have 4 cats, they love this thing and they can all have a spot on it. It’s sturdy, well built, high quality and the absolute perfect size! Fits perfectly in my cat room. Highly recommend this. I cannot understand why anybody would give it less than 5 stars. Bonus is no assembly required and made in the good ole USA! Perfect!
