Pooping is not my friend....
....when I am stressed, my bowels go on strike. It becomes difficult to have normal, daily poos let alone a normal cleansing every few days. I take 5 pills and within 12 hours, I have a gentle cleansing and then about 2-3 more poos which are more watery. I used it initially as a cleanser for 2 weeks, but now depend on it to help me make normal poos.

Not quite what I expected!
I started using this brand because I couldn’t get the one that I was used to using. I thought that since it was all natural I would have better results. Unfortunately, I have IBS-C and I didn’t want to use the medication that was prescribed for me anymore. This brand was very slow to work for me and I had to use it for a while before it actually worked for me. I would have given it 5 stars if it worked better. I may change it later on. Hope it works better for you.

If you feel like your stomach is moving slowly or having trouble pooping, this is the product for you! Works gently, not harsh on the stomach and is fairly simple to use.
