Nothing fits their barrel chests right and they end up stretching out the neck and they end up looking like they have a tube top . Or the velco wont stay in place and they end up slipping out of it. I purchased one for me male who is much harder to fit and it was perfect. I ended up buying 1 more for him and 2 for my female. The velco is super strong and stays closed. The sweaters washed well and don't shrink. I liked the idea of the coat having a velcro closure under the neck as well as another one under the belly; however, it's right over the place where he pees, so it gets soaked each time we go out. I have tried to close it under his chest, but it rides back. I may need to try to alter the closure for it to be satisfactory. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice fleece. The Velcro straps make it easy to put on and take off.It would've fit, except we use a harness when walking the dog. Because on this product the slit seems to be made for a collar, not a harness, it puts the Velcro strap under his belly too far backwards and he ends up urinating on the Velcro strap. So if you walk your dog with a harness, rather than a collar, this may not fit properly.
