I am 5'6" and weigh about 158lbs I ordered a size L-XL and it fits perfectly everywhere. The sleeves aren't too short on me (others felt they were) and the length is right at my ankles. The fabric is lovely now but probably won't last the 10 years or so that my last fleece did. I washed it immediately and put in dryer on low for 20 minutes, no harm done and no excessive shedding in the lint trap.One reviewer posted an image of the fabric which is a bit 'airy' and waffle like, and that is true but it still feels very warm and cozy. I only gave 4 stars because it is probably not gonna last a loooong time and the special care it needs in laundering.
