| 10x Digestive Enzymes for Dogs - 8.8 Ounces (250 Grams)

My German Shepherd was down to 45lbs, all his ribs were showing, and he constantly had loose stool. We had no idea what was wrong with him until the vet finally tested him and he was positive for EPI. This powder has changed by boys' life. He went from 45lbs of bones to 95lbs just in a few months. I have cut the powder down to 1/2 of a teaspoon daily and he is still maintaining his weight. The quality is amazing compared to other brands and would not recommend any other brand other than Pan-tenex for EPI.

I tried a cheaper powder and i feel like this powder makes my dogs stools more formed.The powder also does not have a pungent smell and looks more granular like it is from a capsule

My dog's (a Labrador Retriever) pancreatitis was getting worse. I was trapped in a tight balance situation: If I fed him too much food, he'd vomit up a whole day's food. But if I fed him a lower amount to prevent that, he'd lose weight.I was about to take him to the vet for more tests, etc. But searching the Web I found that the usual next step when a low-fat diet like his isn't working anymore is to start the dog on pancreatic digestive enzymes. So I searched around and found Pan-tenex, and ordered a jar.Wow! As soon as I started putting that into his food, the problem simply stopped. As I gained confidence in his condition I began increasing the amount of food I fed him each day, and there were no problems, even when feeding him 1.5 times his normal amount so he'd gain weight. He's only been using the Pan-tenex for one week, and his weight is back up to normal, his poops look normal again, etc. The improvement was very fast and very dramatic!One note: The feeding instructions on the jar, and on the website, give just *one* suggested dose of 2.8 grams per meal. I posted a question on the vendor's Facebook page about that, since it seemed to me that very small or very large dogs would need different dosages.They replied the next day, and told me this: The dosage doesn't depend on the size of the dog, but on the severity of the pancreatitis. They said some really tiny dogs may need 1.5X the suggested dosage, while very large dogs may only need half of the recommended dosage. Since they couldn't give firm guidelines except to say "adjust the dosage as needed", and label space on the jar is tight, they decided to just stick to listing the initial starting-point dosage. I DO wish they'd at least spell that out on their website, though -- there's no label-space limitation there.Regardless, though, in my opinion this is a VERY effective, good-quality supplement, at a reasonable price. For my dog it figures out to cost about $1.25 or so a day. I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone with a dog (or cat, I believe) with pancreatitis issues, for which a low-fat diet alone isn't sufficient to solve the problem.

This product has saved a bunch of money for me. This is about half the price of the options the vet gave us. Seems to taste fine or not have a taste because the dog doesn’t even notice. Has helped my dog process her food and has her looking healthy again. No smell. One container is big enough to last a couple months

Good product but too expensive

My son's dog has issues with her pancreas it won't produce some enzymes so this helps her so much it's amazing she weighed like 40lbs when she was sick and now she's 80lbs she is a German shepherd and she.dont shed as much either it is so wonderful it saved her life!!

Ben using pan-tenex for the past four years after researching other brands. Dog has digestive issues and needs the enzymes. She doesn’t break down the fats, proteins mineral and vitamins poorly. This product helps and is the same percentage as top vet and chewy product. 1/2 the cost shhhhh ! Was getting from vet before prices skyrocketed. Have bought every dog food made for digestive system to self heal correct problem and they still all turn her poo poo to mushy. These enzymes additives work and in can buy reg dog food or any food now using this. For my 50lbs dog 1/4 to 1/2 TEASPOON per feeding, sprinkle on dry, damp or wet food wait 15 mins for activation and feed. Turned an under nourished rescue 34 lbs dog (not from shelter- horrible owner) into a 52lbs healthy dog!

The product is excellent for dogs with EPI.
