The customer service of this company is first rate. I mistakenly measured the height of our three low-slung dogs [Basset Hound and English bully] and thought this would work to keep them out of our flower garden. So, I phoned to cancel the order. I actually got to speak to a human who was polite, efficient, and worked out how to help us return the items once they made it to us. The fencing arrived and was so well made! We were impressed at how solid the construction was and found a way to use them and keep our pups out of our flower garden. Thank you, Plow and Hearth, for designing an excellent fence and backing it up with great customer service. It is safe to buy from this company--if something you order doesn't work out, they will help you return it at no cost to you. Pretty rare these days to find a great product backed by good people.

Beautiful gate it didn’t quit fit to the end of my porch but I have other plant stakes or trellis there so it worked out. It does need more shakes to get it firmly in the ground but the gate works great for getting in and out. It also gives me privacy as this porch didn’t have any gate whatsoever. So now people can’t go up to my door without a lot of hassle as I have my gate locked.

So disappointing. I bought the fence/gate and extra panels. The decorative scroll pieces fell off on one panel and the connecting ring on the other. THEN, Amazon couldn't address returns on the product, not understanding that the box was not made for returns (flimsy and internal packaging can't be put back together). Had to deal with Plow and Hearth directly on one, and Amazon on the other.

This comes as a 3 piece gate with a walk through. It connects together with a loop and hook and there's a latch on the gate piece that hangs on its neighboring panel with the hook/loop..It is a thicker gauge pipe but it did get a little rusty around the welds.

Quality product and lovely design. I got some netting that is almost invisible to keep my little yorkipoo from escaping. Small dog or cat can fit through the fence openings. Adds class to my little garden.

It looks nice in the garden. I wanted this to keep my dog out of some dangerous areas in my backyard. Unfortunately, the latch does not work well, and it's very difficult to fit all 3 pieces together. It should have come with more than 3 pieces. The latch rusted in a week's time. Very disappointed.

very sturdy and good looking little gate

Bought these to keep our 10 month old lab brothers out of the flower beds. Works like a charm and look great!!
