They stick out like a soar thumb. If you're someone like me who wants them for office use you might want to look for something more incognito. Also they don't work autonomously like I thought, meaning you can't really use one earbud at a time. I believe the right one is the master. It does this weird thing where you can wear the left earbud alone and dock the right, and the left will keep playing no problem. However the right earbud keeps playing while it's in the charging case. Then when you close the lid on the charging case the left earbud powers down.
