## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can this be used with other molds (assuming they are less than or equal to the 6" diameter of the included mold)?**
A: Don't know.  But I would think the round would crack up if anything but a perfect fit.  And if it is perfect fit, why change molds?  The rounds I get are 3" tall from 2 gallons of whole milk.

**Q: hello how many pounds of weight dows this apply up to**
A: It says 80.  It takes all of that for a day to get a round that doesn't bulge out at the bottom when drying it before waxing.

**Q: How many gallons does this press hold?**
A: The biggest batch we have used it for was around 4 gallons milk which yielded a little over 2.3 lbs of goats milk cheddar.
