Are they 100% waterproof

These Boots are almost completely waterproof but, they feature the elasticated inserts to allow for fitting with a good grip so are not like a wellington boot. I regularly wax polish mine and often have to move through shallow water and have yet to experience any water inside these very protective boots. Which i would buy again ;-)
