Awesome
Been using MCT for a while and was so happy RSP started making this! Mixes well into coffee, tea, and my protein shake. For the price, it well worth it!

Decreased appetite, higher energy
I don't follow the Ketogenic diet, but I do find that adding this to my morning coffee keeps me full way longer than just coffee on it's own. I work long hours and sometimes I don't get to have my first snack until the late afternoon. With this MCP oil, I find my energy levels are higher and the need to snack is subsided so I'd definitely recommend using this product if you're not "100% keto."

RPS MCT Oil is great!
I have tried many different MCT oils but RSP makes by far the best. I can add it to my coffee or other drinks and not even notice. A great way to get essential fats in your diet!

Only 60% is C8 Caprylic Acid
This review is for their "Pure C8 Caprylic Acid" Mct oil. Nowhere in the listing nor on the bottle does it list that the C8 is only 60%. I bought this as a C8 product, not a blended product. That is why it is 1 star. The oil is slightly thicker than a high C8 oil like those in the 97% plus category. This oil also has a slight fruity flavor which is present when blended into my coffee. By-the-way, I reached out to RSP. "Thank you for contacting RSP Nutrition! 60% of the oil is C8."

Great Product!
I have been eating keto for about 5 months. I use a lot of MCT oil, mostly in in tea, smoothies or straight. I love this product! In the past I have had some experience with my stomach being upset but I did not experience that with this one specifically. I have been using this product for about 2 months now and I have felt great! It is flavorless which is great. I would recommend starting off slow and working your way up on dosage so you have time to adjust.

Great product!
As with all RSP products MCT oil is amazing. Pour some every morning into my coffee and have clean energy through out the day. Can't wait to try it with cooking to replace other oils.
