This makes the finest chili known to mankind. Just use meat, 1 8oz can tomato sauce, and included spice package.That's it. No fuss. Spectacularly great chili.

We love this chili mix. We have used it for years. It makes delicious chili. Sometimes it is hard to find in stores so I am very glad we can buy it on Amazon. I try to stay stocked up. The price is reasonable. We usually use two box kits to make a pot of chili. There is always enough to freeze for later.

To me, the chili didn't need thickening and using maize to thicken it mutes the seasoning and heat. I use the chili along with fat-free refried beans, diced sweet onions, shredded cheese and flour tortillas to make burritos. With sour cream on top, the burritos are very popular.

Love love love. My whole family loves this chili. It's absolutely the best. I used to be able to get it in the store but unable to find. So glad I found it here and at a better price too

I really loved the taste of the chili, but I thought the spice bags a bit minimal. Tiny bag of cayenne pepper. I don't think the big bag of chili powder etc. was any better than what you would use in a good recipe. The masa was a useful thickener. I added beans, not many, and bell peppers. Chopped onions on top.

Good chile mix we’ve used this for years. Perfect chile. I don’t like really hot chile, I’m getting old and can’t handle hot stuff anymore, and this mix is great.It includes cayenne pepper if you like it hot. Also has Masa Flour for thickening, Don’t use too much unless your chile is really watery and needs thickening.
