UPDATE: Customer service was great! They promptly replaced our defective unit. It’s been smooth sailing ever since the replacement arrived!! I love this shower steamer and have wanted one for a long time. I have MS and this makes me feel so much better. I use it almost every day for about 30 minutes. I would definitely buy from this company again, they do stand behind their product and made things right. This is a great unit, BUT if you have hard water, take that into consideration before buying. We had to install a hard water softener OUCH!We purchased the Superior Deluxe 12 KW steam generator May 2020, Installed June 2020. After 3 uses the hi limit breakers tripped and the heating elements went bad. Contacted the company and explained what happened, they sent out new heating elements after paying shipping. A week later same thing happened, called them and they shipped out new heating elements. Now here we are a week later and again the heating elements went bad. I sent an email to the guy we’ve been talking to, not the greatest personality, but we just want this thing fixed, it cost too much money for it to be a paperweight! We’ll see what happens tomorrow.....see my updated review.Very expensive steam baths! Will update when i see what they do.

Homeward Bath service is phenomenal! After installation or unit wasn’t working I called Homeward bath and spoke to Mike who instructed me on how to troubleshoot the issue while remaining on the phone. It was such a pleasant experience not to have to talk to someone in a foreign country that you couldn’t understand or press one for this department or two for that department and just get shuffled around. An actual person answered the phone and transfer me directly to Mike who took care of my problem. We bought an infrared sauna as well for a new home it to hasn’t worked since installation I’ve been calling them for months with no return calls even after they’ve set up a ticket. It came from China do I need to say anymore I need to say anymore? I only wish it was made in Ohio like steam planet and I had someone like Mike that could help me solve the problem!!
