My son is 112 -5'5 what size do you recommend?

How big is a medium? My son uses a size 8 or 9 on shorts and 8 on shirts do you think it will fit him?

We bought a medium for our male youth boxer who is 9 yrs old, weighs about 85 lbs, although bit short for his age. It fit him well, if not perfectly. Even with a growth spurt it will still fit him fine.
