Touch is responsive. Humidity level seems to be fine. I have a MI air purifier which also show humidity levels. Humidity is within +/- 1%-1.5% with that which is fine. But temperature seems to be off. The sensor is slow to respond, may be because it is inside the body. I have a generic portable temperature reader which I bought for 500, that is more responsive. When I switch on AC, it changes very fast but amiciSense takes time. At times there is a variance of 1-2% between them with amiciSense figures being on lower side. However, temperature figures are inline with MI's. MI figures falls in between the two. Back light is quite bright (too bright for dark) but stays on only for 2-3 seconds. It should atleast be for 5-10 seconds. Switch for light is on-screen and not possible to locate in dark. Brightness cannot be changed. For this price it should be bigger and should also show current date and time.
