I love the fact I can refill the tank without taking the tank off. Just lift the cover and pour the water right in. I use distilled water so I eliminate the white dust and refill is a breeze. When I first purchased it I read that you should not put a towel underneath the unit. Of course, I disregarded that and put a towel under the unit anyway. Well after a while the mist stopped coming out and it appeared that the unit was not working anymore. I was about to start a return when I realized perhaps there was some merit to what they were saying. I cleaned and dried out the humidifier and put it back into operation one more time, but this time without the towel underneath it. Low and behold, it has worked great ever since!

By far the best humidifier I've ever owned for all of the reasons outlined below: * Effectiveness: Delivers a controlled amount of moisture throughout my 440 sq ft bedroom! * Easy straight-forward maintenance; Huge 2 gallon tank. Easy to fill tank, and I don't dread cleaning the machine 3x a month. * Low-Med-High setting for moisture setting and 2-nozzle to point of direction. Hands down a 5-star humidifier.

Got this humidifier because of large capacity and easy to fill for the toddler’s room. It was a little on the loud side but it was good white noise to help kiddo sleep. It seemed to work fine and was what I wanted with the top filling option without having to remove the tank. That was in September. Now we’re in January and suddenly the humidifier sounds like a small lawn mower when I turn it on with a very loud grinding and also high pitched sound together. Restarting it several times seems to help for a short time but then it just starts getting incredibly loud again. I’ve followed instructions keeping it clean so this isn’t a maintenance issue but most likely a construction quality problem. Really not worth the money to replace it after 4 months.

Great humidifier that puts out a lot of steam. Easy to use, fill and clean and very quiet. Sturdy and durable. Two downfalls- the warm steam option is not really warm and the setting buttons are not raised where you can feel them. So if in the middle of the night you want to turn it off, you have to turn on a light to find the on/off button. I added a piece of painter's tape over the on/off button to find it in the dark, problem solved. Overall, excellent humidifier.

Love this humidifier. I’ve had probably ten of the old style but this is easier to clean. I wish the cord was a little longer that’s all . Very quiet.

After over a year, the humidifier stopped working. I emailed the company, they told me to clean the disk with vinegar, but that didn't help. They promptly sent out a replacement device! Not a refurbished one, a new one. I don't like the bright lights on the device that keep me awake, I cover those with a postcard and have to lift the postcard to turn the device on or off or adjust the settings.

Been using this brand of Humidifiers for decades and have been a loyal customer, however, this is the first one we are disappointed with. Even on "High", not enough moisture is coming out into the room. Different past models all had far more moisture pushing out into the air. Also, this unit makes a hum when in use that can be annoying at night when trying to sleep if that bothers you. Also, BUYER BEWARE - the manufacturer's site makes customers PAY to return ANY item, even Damaged or Defective products sent to you! If we all don't start demanding better quality of both products and business practices, we will all go broke as things continue to worsen. No customer should have to pay to return any defective item shipped out to them! I will only feel safe purchasing on Amazon to ensure not being screwed over by seriously unscrupulous business practices. Items are already far too expensive today.

I like the ease of refilling, the amount of time it can run, that it is cool mist and heated mist. I have a smaller humidifier from the same company and have run it about 8 hours a day for about a year. Still using and works well. I wanted this one for the larger area and because the air feels better.

Been using this humidifier for several months. Extremely quiet, easy to operate, very simple to fill, easy to clean. Highly recommend. FYI: One full tank = approx 3L.

The first one I bought did not work after 1 use. I contacted customer service and after some emails they sent a replacement that only work for less than a month. I gave up on this one.

So first night. Filled it. WOW 4 juice jugs worth of water to fill it. So if you use Filtered ect water.... I see those who complain about that being not economical. BUT if you dont have Hard Water in your area. Its not bad. Just use vinegar to clean it once a month. If you have hard water. It just means more cleaning more Often as you will get more white dust if you use cool which is more efficient. Warm I don't feel is worth it as you wake up feeling like your are sweating lol. Now day 1 was interesting. I left it on HIGH and turned it on 1.5 hours before bed. Felt right when i went to bed. Woke up 4 hours later with Room feeling Super Humid and windows all fogged up and wet. So turned it off lol. Day 2 i Turned it to High for 1.5 hours before bed and set it to Low for overnight and it was just Perfect. But i find the buttons are hard to use. Its almost like a touch screen style button but you have to push real hard sometimes for it to work. And you cant see the buttons if the room is dark so turning off or switching modes is impossible even with the super bright blue light being emited which I ended up duck taping that to keep it dark in room espcecially since it doesnt help light the buttons area. Overall its worth getting for its price. Too effective for Room 200sq feet at HIGH so had to it at LOW lol. No its not a 100 hours even at low but I have never seen iphone battery life last as long as advertised even when settings set to lowest and dont use internet ect.... so why would this be any different lol. I would say 1.5 hours HIGH and 8-10 hours LOW and 12 hours OFF, It lasted me 65ish hours total. Still very decent. Every night, Just come back with 1 pitcher full of water and top it off and you would not even need to worry about that since its Top Loading lol.
