I needed something to relieve pressure on my left knee when doing kneeling poses in yoga. This doesn't work for me because it's too dense and hard. It might be ok for someone with undamaged knees, just not for me. I can use it as a support block for seated poses when needed.

My Pilates teacher commented on how good this looked as she is looking for other clients. Have not used much yet but seems good quality and perfect for the job of protecting my knees in yoga and pilates.

I have used this Pad many times since I purchased it a month ago. I am very happy with this pad's quality and thickness because It still provides very good cushioning for my elbow and knee joints for the duration of the exercises I need it for. It is also very easy to clean each time it has been used.

Great product to use. I have a problem with pain in my left knee when I am in some of my yoga poses but I have used the mat for several weeks now and I have not had any knee pain. Great product, well worth the money.

Bought this for comfort on my knees when doing yoga. Great size but too hard for me- felt the same as kneeling on the floor so returned. My knees are in a bad place though so might be ok for someone else.

Brilliant pad! It’s strong and my knees are really supported and they don’t slip. It looks like it’s going to last for years!The only suggestion (to save the planet and money on packaging): it came with the huge box with lots of paper inside! I had expected it to come in much smaller package!
