It's taken a licking and keeps on ticking
I've learned I have to be fair and objective about "tough" toys. None of them are indestructible, so no one should expect that. Especially someone with aggressive chewers. With two highly active German Shepherd pups, ages 7 and 9.5 months, we go through a lot of toys. Boredom results in barking, so boredom must be staved off at all costs. I've tried all of the brands of "tough" toys: Outward Hound (we also have the green-and-blue snake), Kong, GoDog, Tuffy, and Top Paw Tuff. They're all honestly about the same. In my house, most of them get torn up to some degree on the first day, but the key with these toys is that they can get beat up and still last. A toy that gets destroyed in an hour is obviously a waste of money, but a toy that can slowly be destroyed over a few weeks is a winner and gets purchased again.I was initially unimpressed with this rhino. He's flat, gray, and frankly, unappealing. So what a surprise it was when this quickly became their favorite plush toy! I think it's the crinkle factor. They seem to love the toys that make that crackling noise. They play tug and keep away with it, they shake it, and they chew it. They did manage to put a small hole in it within ten minutes, but three weeks later it's still going strong. As you can see from the pic, they've given him a lobotomy and removed the top squeaker. They've punctured one in the legs so that it's flat and no longer squeaks, but the third squeaker is still intact and making noise. I think it actually looks to be in pretty good shape for three weeks of daily play. I'm pleased with the value I'm getting from it, and I'll continue to buy more from this brand.

Hasn't been destroyed yet!
Our dog is the definition of a squeaker seeker. He loves these type of toys and they seem to be the only thing that last longer than .35 seconds with our pup.Hes an Australian Shep, Min Pin, Jack Russell mix.. if that gives you any kind of idea. 35 pounds of squeaker seeking fury. Anything too soft or fluffy he will have obliterated in less than a minute. Then we worry about him getting ahold of any little squeakers inside and chewing the plastic. With these outward hound toys, they are durable enough to survive our pup's relentless squeak seeking. Maybe its because he enjoys the squeak, or the sensation of chomping down on the large squeak tubes inside.. or whatever it is, he does seem to like these enough to not flat out destroy them instantly like he does with other "indestructible" dog toys. These are a great quality and are really well made. We've tried the super tough toys but they end up being so hard or boring that he is not interested. At least with these outward hound toys, he can still have something fun to play with that won't fall apart right away. Plus these have the handle designed right into it, and since he loves "tug of war" its perfect. He can grab the snout, or the handle and tug and tug and tug.We will absolutely keep buying these toys for our little guy!

If you have a puppy who is rowsy and bites a lot you NEED this
This toy saved our lives. We have a labradoodle puppy and they bite...and bite and bite as puppies with their little razor sharp teeth. I have scars to prove it. We bought this and could drag it (without bending over) and she could run along and bite it...and not us! Everyone needs a "squeaky snake"! The first time she figured out how to squeak it herself was priceless. After 6 months she has shredded the fabric a little but has not damaged the squeakers. And she is very experienced at squeaker excision and destruction. This toy is a total lifesaver. We bought a second one so we could have one readily available to distract her from biting us. If you have a bitey dog, you will not regret buying this!

Kodi tested and approved!
My very large GSD, Kodi, loves his Gator. The first one had a 1 inch pullout on one seam, but Amazon quickly shipped a replacement 😁 Unfortunately, Kodi hid the one with the defect, so I could not return it in time to avoid another charge. Totally worth it! Now Kodi has two Gators to choose from! The only downside I can think of is that the indestructible squeakers do not hold up to a GSD's bite strength: realistically, nothing stands a chance to Kodi's "attention" to stopping the sqeak. In summary, I heartily recommend this toy to all the furbabys lucky enough to get one!

So far this toy is intact!
The toy has several squeakers. It is super reinforced with heavy duty stitching. It has no stuffing. It is about a yard long. My dog is crazy over it and he is a 100lbs Olde English Bulldogge. So far it has lasted.Since it is fabric you can only expect its life span to be so long but even at that- he has still yet to rip it.I plan to buy a replacement as soon as this one has a tear. The price is reasonable at 10-11 bucks.Very fun toy for a dog. There are at least 4 squeakers in the snake.

Great toy!
Our Vizsla 1 yr old usually rips through toys in an afternoon. This is large enough and sturdy enough that she hasn't dented it after a few weeks now. She actually likes to play catch with it. It's rather large to throw but it's more exciting for her that way. There aren't any cute tufts of hair or ears or anything hanging off to rip apart and the body is quite sturdy. There are at least 5 large squeakers so she doesn't concentrate in just one area.

Tough or too small to destroy.
This toy has lasted more than a month with our big, tough Doodle. Maybe it's too small for the big dog to destroy or it's actually more durable than all the Kong toys currently in the toy cemetery, either way it is still going strong along with the pig, duck, and gorilla.

..My dog is having fun with this toy, and so far , this dog toy appears durable.
...Great so far......I believe it will last at least a few months , which is very good with heavy chewing coon hound...I would recommend this toy for heavy chewing dogs, who are medium to very large in size.

do not use this company
Toy lasted 5 mins very poor quality not tough as described. Very disappointing response from seller. I wrote to them explaining the situation and they told me to return the item, at my own expense, for a refund. Which they then refused to honour. Amazon A-Z did give me a refund when I raised the issue but I amstill out of pocket by the cost of the return postage and packaging. Very poor customer service, misleading item description and misleading advice re return. I note many other customers have found the product description misleading. The fact that you made me return the item at my own cost then refused to refund is very poor customer relationsI would not use your company again and advise other potential customers to steer clear

Very unsafe
I bought this for my dog, thinking I was buying something tougher which had last long. He's a wire-haired dachshund and within half an hour he'd torn big hole in, taken out one of the plastic squeakers and was chewing on it. Never again!

Really Tough
I had to get this from the US. Pets at home used to sell them but now have a blue snake which is very similar but the seams are not so tough. It has lots of squeakers and my shepherd who is tough on toys took ages to gnaw his way through part of the first one which he is still using. So we were so impressed we bough a back up.Arrives pretty quick considering from abroad.

Very well made.
Very well made with sturdy cloth edging triple sewn. Ok for pulling too. Our dog loves to chew and wreck her toys but it took a long time for this toy to be destroyed.
