I wrapped it put it under the tree. My daughter opened it on Christmas. She was excited, Just what she wanted. The next day she took it out of the box to use it. Well not sure if the company realizes but you cant use London wiring in the USA. This has become a useless tool, unless I plan on moving to London that is. I'm soooooooo frustrated. I even went back and reread the description to make sure I didn't make a mistake. Nope the description was US wiring. And once again I contacted the company yesterday. We will see how long it takes them this time to get back to me. Last time it was a week.
