Jiu Jitsu and Me (Inspirational jiu jitsu stories for children)

So this story is really a good read. I bought it for my boy who just recently started Jiu Jitsu at age 7 and loves it. It hits on what a kid would go through while starting this journey. We read it together and took turns reading the pages. Really fun and has a good message. 5 stars and just ordered the second book.

Good little book for our Ju jitsu practicing grandson!

The book is fun and useful! Good story and good illustrations. My 6 year old daughter got immediately engaged. Then we used the book's momentum to talk about fear of failure, of embarrassment... etc. It's a good tool to reach the little minds and start creating self confidence from early ages.

I have bought this book for my nephew as a "future" gift. He is still one and a half year old. I hope that my brother will read it to him when he will be 3-7 years old. Being an adult that practices BJJ, I can relate to Bobby (the main character). Jujitsu, as life, is a journey where we face daily challenges. This book brings a positive and encouraging message about overcoming fears and hurdles through the right state of mind and practice.

I purchased this for my grandson who is just starting in Jiu Jitsu. He enjoys reading it. Perfect story for young kids to learn confidence from bullying.

I love the illustrations and how easy it was for my 5 year old son to read. I love that it's a hard back book too, just a personal preference. No complaints here.

My son started jiu jitsu with me last year and this became a favorite for bedtime after training days! A great story that we both love and I couldn’t be more proud of him.

An optimistic start for kids who are commencing Jiu Jitsu. The page size and story could have been a lot more.

I really enjoyed Jiu Jitsu and me . The story relates to everybody in a way as there is always a fear of starting something new. The illustrations and artwork are brilliant and really compliment the story. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone as it is such a positive message and can really help people with there anxiety.
