I just needed to seperate them. I cut one pair to fit and within one hour the pain in my ankle had eased up. I really like them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost got a 5 star in my book! *by S***8 on December 3, 2018* Love this product! I HAVE TO wear orthotics in my shoes due to plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. I have much pain in my feet when I don't wear them. I actually purchased this two pair set for my hubby who has back pain and figured I'd try a set for myself. They can feel a little uncomfortable at first because of the knobs sticking in your feet, but that's only at first. Pretty soon I don't even realize I'm wearing them! And when I get home and take off my shoes, my feet don't hurt. Even my nightly shin pain has evaporated. On the down side, because the material is made out of straight plastic it does make my feet and shoes smelly. So far I've just sprayed some enzyme solution into them and it's helped with the smell. This has opened up my world as to the type of shoes I can wear again. Thanks! ### ⭐ DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY *by N***. on November 21, 2018* Reviews were mixed for this product, but I decided to give them a try. I received the insoles and cut them down to proper size. I placed the insoles in my steel toed work boots. I had hoped that these would help with foot and back pain. They were extremely uncomfortable from the moment I put on my work boots. The plastic nubs and steel magnets grind into your foot. The first day I wore them for 4 hours before having to stop work and remove them. I thought I would try again the following day thinking that perhaps your feet need to adjust to them. I wore the insoles for 4 days, each day having to remove them in less time than the day before. I wear thick work socks, but that didn’t seem to make a difference. By the end of 4 days of trial, my feet were hurting terribly. The steel magnets actually bruised my feet. Despite my best efforts to give this product a chance, this product is a fail.
