Beautiful and mellow sounding flute
I love this flute and it is amazing. I returned my Perl Quantz for this one and boy did this flute hit it right on the mark. The tone is so warm, especially low E and F. Wow! The Forza head joint is really nice and sounds mellow, beautiful, and elegant. Glad that I made the switch. The wooden box is nice and the case is typical of all the other Perl flutes out there. The mechanisms are quick, and there are a lot of tone-colors offered. Anyone wanting to do a serious upgrade should consider. I'd call this a very elegant upgrade from a student unit. It's partially hand-made too according to Perl's website. All tones through the octaves are very clear.
