This is just basic instant chocolate pudding
This IS NOT mousse, it’s expensive chocolate pudding, has an after taste according to my taste buds. I’m glad I purchased this as a test run prior to purchasing in bulk to serve on my dessert bar. I would’ve been very disappointed

Good Mousse
This mousse was good and had a great tasted. I just wish it was a bit more whipped. It seemed to have more of a pudding texture than a mousse texture, even though I whipped it as instructed.

Texture of this, considering the cost, was disappointing… it was grainy -looking, and didn’t incorporate enough to seem smooth. A certain name brand pudding has a better look. Taste was so-so, again disappointing. I won’t buy this again.
