I was unable to use this product because the battery would not charge.

The 7.5ah battery alone is worth $230 new, so the $300 deal at home depot was a good one. It came with the cheaper non-quick charger though, not the quick charger shown in this picture, even though it's the same exact model number. I think the picture on Amazon is misleading, it comes with the small black slow charger. But, overall, this is the best leaf blower in the world, literally. My wife had fun using it to dust the entire house after we unboxed it, we must have gotten a pound of cat hair that was previously hidden under couches, in the radiator etc. Highly recommend using this as a house dust/hair cleaner!

Works good, lots of power. Really over priced here. I got the same one at Home Depot for $300.

Liked this product a lot, until it broke in less than 1 year. When I called about warranty, I had to take to a repair place 30 minutes away. Took them 3 weeks to tell me it wasn’t repairable, and then EGO finally approved a replacement, but the replacement is supposedly on “back order” and they can’t give me any estimate at all about how long it will be until I can get a new one. I was mad about this, so I checked, and there are several new ones on the shelf at Lowe’s and Ace Hardware stores near my house. I called EGO and asked why they couldn’t just give me one of those models as my replacement since they are in stock at stores near my house. The person I spoke with couldn’t answer that question, so I asked her to elevate it to a manager. I also sent a separate email to EGO asking about this. Got no response whatsoever. Customer service experience was absolutely terrible, and it has now been over 6 weeks and I still don’t have a replacement and I still don’t have any estimate of when I will get a replacement. This is unacceptable
