Best probiotic / consistent . I switch from a refrigerated probiotic to this one . It seems to work better that previous ones I have used. Easy to swallow capsule is a good size. Had no taste and easy to take every morning with my other vitamins.

Honest review. When I started this my stomach did cramp. That took a few days. I take this every morning with food. My iron levels are up, I have energy and I am "regular"

Always hard to find
When I started using this product I got the help I needed for my health and it helped my guts BUT it gets so very hard to get your products I’m very disappointed that it’s hard to find in the stores

I took a full bottle consistently. I didn't notice any significant change. I'm looking for a bottle to stick with and though I don't have anything negative to say about this one, I also don't have any pluses either. I did however like that it had iron in it.

It works
I have the crumbiest digestive system and I don’t feel well because of it. It’s not healthy to not GO for 3 days, so I decided to try this. When I remember to take it, it does work…sometimes I can go twice a day…pretty rare for me. I’m also working out to drop some weight and having a healthier digestive routine seems to help some weight loss.
