Dockem Wallet Case for iPhone X/XS (5.8"): Built-in Metal Plate for Magnetic Mounting & 2 Credit Card Holder Slots (Luxe M2 Synthetic Leather, Black & Grey)

For my Iphone Xr, I've been using it for over a month now and my phone hasn't broken down , and the card sleeves can hold around 4 cards give or take 1 due to card sizes. Around the edges towards the front of the case, some wear is noticeable however I have a pretty active lifestyle. Thus its doing it's job fairly well. The Red/ Grey Sleeve is very Practical and looks sleek. I would recommend it for someone who wants a business look and wants to not lug around their wallet all the time.

We now own 3 Dockem wallet cases in the family, and this new version is awesome: * grip on this case is really good, you can easily hold and type one-handed, but at the same time it's got a really nice touch to it * new magnet in this one is a great idea, and works flawlessly - it doesn't get in the way of wireless charging at all (just know that you'll have to have the phone mount vertically, and since the magnet is in the top third it'll hang below whatever magnet you have in your car) * cutout on the bottom is a huge plus - you still have protection on the corners, but not having a bottom lip on the case works so much better for the X/XS swipe the bottom of the phone gestures * some other cases have stretched at the card slot, but we've not had any issues on our older Dockem case. The way the top card slot is positioned here, it even provides a little extra protection against slippage if you have one of those metal cards with no raised numbers on them Overall just a really solid case at this price, and a really good customer service oriented company to boot.

READ EDIT BELOW ORIGINAL COMMENT. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this case because of the styling and the overall durability that it looked like it would provide my phone. However, once I received it I found that to not be the case. The phone fits but it doesn’t really seem to cover the top edges very well. I can still see the colored boarder of my iPhone and the corners are really easy to move. They are flexible. For what I do, the case just wouldn’t work. I never really felt like the case would provide solid protection. That being said, I do like the built in magnet and used it frequently. The placement of the magnet allowing the phone to still be compatible with wireless charging was a good idea. The card slots only work for about two cards so it’s not really a wallet substitute. I liked the case but I found it a little less than adequate for me. If the top edges(the parts that boarder the screen) were higher and wrapped around just a little more then I would have been happier. The versatility of the case is great. I wish it would’ve been designed a little better on the screen side of things. EDIT: customer service was quick to try and address my concerns and for that I will give this review another star. However, the original issue still persisted in the replacement case that was sent to me. The edges of the phone case are not as snug as I feel would merit good overall protection. While I was not expecting this case to be a rugged protector of my phone, I am expecting it to give me secure knowledge that my device will be safe from average drops and protect the screen with an elevated lip. With two cards installed, the case still pulls ever so slightly back. The red border of my iPhone XR can be seen on all edges when looking at the phone screen. I get that this is a slim design but this could be solved easily by hugging the phone more or adding another millimeter of lip coverage. Many other case companies have slimmer card cases than this and still manage to hug the phone better. I’m just not impressed. Sorry guys... I appreciate the effort made by the customer service department to remedy this issue but I just can’t see myself using this style of case and feel like my phone is safe. I’ve used other slim designs that work better.

I purchased this case about a month ago for my trip to Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando. Upon receipt of the case, I was impressed with the grip and sturdiness plus the tightness of the pockets. I was confident that my cards wouldn't fall out. I used this case with a magnetic car vent mount as well, and am happy to report that my cards were not demagnetized. During my trip, I carried my debit and credit card in the bottom pouch and my drivers license and hotel card in the top pouch. The tightness of the pockets remain to this day. During the trip it was hot, humid, and I was walking around a lot in the parks. Much of the time I was also soaking wet - as was my phone and the case. I highly recommend this case if you are looking for a light, thin wallet case for a trip to Disney World or to use on your daily commute.

UPDATE: This case and this company are fantastic. I was sent a replacement case for the defective case I received and this one fits like a glove! I can put 2 cards in the back (one in each pocket) with no issues and the buttons are extremely responsive. Thanks Dockem for an amazing case and even better customer service! - Original Review: I’ve been searching for the perfect credit card phone case for my iPhone Xs and while I LOVE the look and feel of this case, I think maybe I got a faulty one? Even without cards inside, the phone does not fit “snugly” inside the case. When I add 2 cards, it sticks out even beyond the protective lip. While the power button seems to work okay, I have to really mash the volume buttons to get them to resister and the volume toggle is so depressed inside the case that I can’t reach it with the tip of my finger to adjust.

Love this case! It’s sturdy, comfortable, and fits a few more cards. Totally worth it !

I love the idea of this case and the color design is so cute. But my brand new phone took a terrible tumble out of my purse onto the pavement and because of the open bottom portion of this case the bottom was chipped up. Had to switch to a more protective case to ensure the screen didn’t become more damaged. If you do get this case I highly recommend a screen protector it’s the only thing that semi saved my phone.

I love love love this case. The design is very adult and chic without being an old lady case. The built in magnet for my car holder is very sturdy. Wireless charging without taking the case off is great. I find it holds my license and 2 cards without being overly difficult to get them out. The price is amazing! Overall one of my Best Buy’s on Amazon! Would love more colors and if it were available for more different phones for my family.

After breaking my old phone case much similar to this one, I decided that I would definitely need a new one. Build quality: A well built and sturdy phone case, the quality of the materials is strong and still holding together after 3 months of use [will update if this changes]. Unlike my previous case, this one has external buttons for changing the volume and turning the device on and off [see photos]. I found this was brilliant as my previous case had weaknesses in these areas which not only the case to eventually break, but my phone screen to crack (even with a protector on). The couple of times I have dropped my phone with this case it hasn't got anywhere near breaking. Usability: It is a slightly broader case than some of the others I have used before but it definitely isn't the bulkiest I have used. The added quality in the sturdiness of the product does mean it is a bit larger in the hand, but it is something that you soon get used to. The case is easy to put on the phone and also to remove should you need to, but not so much that you would worry about it falling off if you dropped it. The side buttons work well and fit the phone perfectly. My only point regarding it is the silent button, which if you have a lack of nails could be a bit difficult to change at times; this is very minor though. Design: The product looks great in my view. The colours of the materials complement the iPhone well and the texture is nice in the hand. Wouldn't change anything about it. Additional Points: - You can use wireless charging with this case on. Has worked for every single one that I have used so far. - Easily fits one card in each slot (Two card slots) and could probably with two in each slot if needed. Therefore I would say you can carry a max of 4 cards with this case. Overall, a good upgrade from my previous phone case. Would recommend to anyone looking for a well built, sleek and practical case to protect their phone.
