There are so many lego sets,and initially you can be confused. My recommendation would be-go for this set as the first lego classic for your child. It has everything inside!!!a lot of wheels,eyes,moving parts and all sorts of lego pieces. Later you can add other sets,but this one will last for many years even being single set of lego at home. We have upgraded from lego duplo big set to this one-and it is more interesting to play. Even though we had huge lego duplo with a lot of parts and wheels and doors etc.

A good starter
It has 480 pieces but not enough to make anything big..... U will have to buy atleast 2 more to truly enjoy making things...I bought it during the sale so the pricing was reasonable 1789/-.... Not worth buying pre sale pricing 2900/-Quality is goodSizing n design is also good

Not just for kids but for the family too!
Really a good product for the fun activity with children and engaging for parents too.The size of the lego seems to be small at first but a very satisfying experience.The lego colours are really vibrant and the miniatures you can make with them look amazing.You can download other miniatures handbook online from lego website with the model name.

Good quality and fun
I bought it for my 4 yr old kid and it does keep him occupied and the instruction paper on making diferent items are clear as well
