Really just a super nice guy who cares about his products and his customers. I recommend watching his videos of him at the farm in Japan where he explains the process of making matcha. It says a lot about the quality. A ton of matcha out there is artificially inflated with obviously fake reviews, but Encha and DoMatcha have far more honest reviews.
