Best Soap & Good Value
Still my favorite cleansing and deodorizing soap after twenty plus years. Good value that typically beats local brick and mortar stores.

Original scent 1st, but change up one in a while
Using LEVER 2000 for years. Tried to switch to others when they changed the formula, but came back to it and still prefer it over the rest. The cucumber I like to use during the winter to change it up

Great soap but bars are not 4oz
The soap is great but the Amazon description is not. The copy on the Amazon claims the soap bars are 4oz. The bars are actually 3.75oz.

Not the product that it was.
This is GARBAGE! It is NOT cucumber and aloe. I have been using this for over 10 years. The US stopped making it, shipped to Mexico. Indonesia now makes it. The last pack was OK, though lather was inferior to the past, but scent was correct. This latest receipt is cream colored, has no scent, and leaves a greasy residue after showering. Not as advertised. Very disappointed.

Still OK as of OCTOBER 2025
We’ve been using this soap for a couple of decades, but it has been harder to find locally, so I’ve started buying in bulk online. In the old days, I guess it was made in the U.S., then in Mexico (?). Then five or ten years ago they started making it in Indonesia. At that time I did not notice any difference in quality - same color and understated scent. The most recent batch I ordered (OCT 2025) is still Indonesian, but the bars have a lighter, less green color…but otherwise comparable. The formula may have changed (?), but the lather quality and an understated scent is still what you get. THE BOTTOM LINE is that despite some of the comments here to the contrary, I have found the product to be reasonably consistent as recent as OCT 2025. The listing DOES cheat on the size of the bars however…now 3.75 oz each, not 4. Still worth ordering rather than to try and find another soap.
