Works Well
I bought this for my wife and she does feel a difference. She's only taking one a day. She's usually not hyper-sensitive to caffeine and drinks coffee regularly. She says this does giver a moderate boost and helps her not feeling tired. She tried this because for a month she opted to work 30 days 10 hours a day with no days off so, she needed a boost. And this apparently helps.I just don't give it 5 stars because I on the other hand, have tried it and feel almost no difference. I'm also usually almost insensitive to caffeine so it could be that. I very rarely drink coffee (don't like the flavor) but, when I do I feel a slight boos for 30-60 mins and then it's gone. I also can drink a coffee now and go to sleep in the next 10 mins with no difficulty falling asleep. For someone who is not even used to coffee, I'd say I'm pretty insensitive to caffeine so that could be it. Anyway, when I want a boost for my work (research, writing, video editing or long hour filming), I usually get a lot more effect from Brainzyme so that's why the 4 stars.

Not great, is there even caffeine in them?
Been using a pure caffeine 200mg pill for months, I always break it in half to get roughly 100mg as I wake up with a pint of water, this always gives me the buzz I need to get ready and start work wide awake, thought I would give these a go for the other added benefits but after taking 1 of these each morning For 1 week I’ve realised they do nothing, I have 0% energy increase and feel tired every day like I hadn’t taken anything, so I really do not Believe there is any working caffeine in these as it is night and day completely different to another pill with the same mg level.

Keto friendly!!
This product is easy to take, relatively neutral in flavour and is really good value for money, however, as someone who drinks ample coffee, I didn’t really fee any benefit from taking these And feel that they would benefit from varied strengths? They were good value for money and I didn’t feel that there were any adverse effects from these. I LOVE that they are keto friendly too, and most products are bulked with non keto ingredients. Would definitely purchase these again.

Felt the effect
The combination between 100mg caffeine+250mg l-theanine +extra(150mg MCT oil) is unexpectedly good. You can focus more intensely without feeling that tiredness feeling after some hours. I personally combine 1 pill with 1 cup of coffee with milk (i drink it throughout the day, not immediately) and I can really feel the effect on a prolonged period of time without feeling bored or tired. Of course, a good workout session in the morning + a normal diet throughout the day is vital for these pills to enhance some of your cognitive abilities. Don't expect to take them and wait for some miracles like in the "Limitless" movie :)). They just give you a little boost for your mental & physical activity

Helps with keto-flu a bit.. bit pricey
These products aren't bad to help lessen the effect of keto-flu.. they don't remove the effects completely, but they help.Quite pricey for what they are, but if it gives you an edge in the keto-flu battle then why not give it a go.

Good! It do what promise. I think the caffeine is not strong enough comparing with similar products. On the other hand, I don’t feel any discomfort in the stomach.

The real thing
Bought these to supplement other meds I take for migraines, have to say they do help, and without adverse effects.They're quite large, but go down fine, even without a drink. Flavourless so don't worry about that. Should last me ages as only b take infrequently.
